Delivery Time & Guarantee

We guarantee that our products are delivered within 7–30 business days. This does not include the order processing time (usually 1–3 days). If you purchased on vogueen.com but did not receive your order within the guaranteed delivery time, you are eligible to request a refund.

Because shipping durations can vary due to factors beyond our control, we have established a guaranteed delivery period of 45 business days.

Exceptions to the Delivery Guarantee

  • Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g., an incorrect or incomplete shipping address).
  • Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of vogueen.com (e.g., customs clearance issues, natural disasters).
  • Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of vogueen.com.

You may submit a return/refund request within 7 days after the 45 business day guarantee period has expired.

Return Window

  • You may return items within 45 days from the delivery date.
  • Returns requested after 45 days will not be accepted.

Conditions for Returns

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all accessories included.
  • Used or damaged products cannot be returned.
  • Custom-made or personalized products are non-returnable.

Refund Eligibility

  • Not satisfied / change of mind: Refunds are available if your order is eligible for return and approved upon inspection.
  • Wrong, missing, defective or damaged item: Eligible for a replacement or refund. Please provide clear photos (or short video) showing the issue and the shipping label.
  • Lost in transit: If your parcel is not delivered within the guaranteed period (45 business days), you may request a full refund.

Replacements & Reshipments

If you received an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, we can offer a free replacement or reshipment. In some cases, a full refund may be issued instead of a replacement—our team will confirm the best option after reviewing your case.

Replacement requests must be made within 45 days of delivery. All shipping costs for replacements are covered by us.

Refund Process & Method

  • Timing: usually 1–3 business days for bank cards; PayPal refunds may appear instantly.
  • We do not charge handling or restocking fees for approved refunds.

What Is Not Refundable?

  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, unless the issue is our error or the parcel is lost/damaged in transit.
  • Perceived color differences due to individual screen settings are not defects.
  • Items not eligible for return (e.g., outside the return window) are not refundable.

Return Shipping

All return shipping costs are covered by us. Customers will not be charged any fees for returning items or for exchanges/replacements. Once your return is authorized, we will email you a prepaid return label.

Proof & Inspection

To process refunds efficiently, we may require photos/videos of the item and packaging. Returned items are inspected upon receipt. Used or damaged products cannot be returned. Unauthorized returns may be denied.
