Shipping Coverage & Cost

We ship to over 200 countries worldwide.

  • Standard Shipping: Free for all destinations.
  • Express Shipping: Available at checkout for an additional cost (rates shown at checkout).

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1โ€“3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Processing time is separate from delivery (transit) time.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated transit times after dispatch:

  • United States: 7โ€“15 business days (Standard) | 4โ€“8 business days (DHL Express)
  • Europe: 7โ€“20 business days (Standard) | 4โ€“8 business days (DHL Express)
  • Australia & Oceania: 10โ€“25 business days (Standard) | 6โ€“10 business days (Express)
  • Rest of World: 15โ€“30 business days (Standard)

Carriers may include UPS, FedEx, DHL, EMS, or local postal services, depending on destination.

Delivery Period & Support

If your order has not arrived within 45 business days after dispatch, please contact our support team. We will assist you in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Exceptions

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.
  • Delays caused by customs clearance, local holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
  • Force majeure events such as natural disasters, strikes, or transportation restrictions.

Tracking & Order Status

A shipping confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent once your order has been dispatched. You can also track your package anytime via our Track Your Order page using your order number and email address.

In some cases, multiple items in the same order may ship separately and arrive at different times.

Address Requirements & Changes

  • Please enter your address using standard English (Latin) characters. Non-Latin alphabets or symbols may cause delivery errors.
  • Orders begin processing immediately; therefore, address changes may not be possible once the order is confirmed.
  • If your parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, please contact our support team for assistance.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees as determined by the destination country. These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot influence customs processing times or decisions. Please check your local import regulations before ordering.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • Lost in transit: If tracking shows no delivery within 45 business days after dispatch (excluding force majeure), contact us for support. We may arrange a replacement, reshipment, or refund according to our Return & Refund Policy.
  • Damaged or incorrect items: Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for details on replacements.
  • Missed deliveries: Please follow the carrierโ€™s notice to reschedule or collect your parcel from a local facility.

Force Majeure

Events such as severe weather, strikes, conflicts, or other unforeseen circumstances may affect shipping timelines. We will make every effort to ensure your order arrives as soon as possible and will notify you if major delays occur.
