Shipping Coverage & Cost

We ship to 200+ countries worldwide. Standard shipping is free for all destinations. Express shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional cost.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Processing time is separate from transit time.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary by region. Below are average transit times after dispatch:

  • United States: 7–15 business days (Standard) | 4–8 business days (DHL Express)
  • Europe: 7–20 business days (Standard) | 4–8 business days (DHL Express)
  • Australia & Oceania: 10–25 business days (Standard) | 6–10 business days (Express)
  • Rest of World: 15–30 business days (Standard)

Carriers used include UPS, FedEx, DHL, EMS, and local postal services, depending on your location.

Delivery Guarantee

We maintain a guaranteed delivery period of 45 business days (after dispatch). If your order is not delivered within this period, please contact us to request assistance per our Return & Refund Policy.

Exceptions

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer,
  • Exceptional circumstances beyond our control (e.g., customs delays, natural disasters, strikes),
  • Other force majeure events affecting the carrier or destination.

Tracking & Order Status

A shipping confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once your order is dispatched. You can also check the latest status anytime via our Track Your Order page using your order number and email address.

For logistical reasons, items in the same order may ship in separate packages and arrive at different times.

Address Requirements & Changes

  • Please enter your address using the standard English alphabet (ISO basic Latin, 26 letters). Special characters or non-Latin alphabets can cause courier errors and delays.
  • We begin processing promptly; we may be unable to modify the address after the order is placed or shipped.
  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect/incomplete address, please contact Customer Support for assistance.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders are subject to the destination country’s customs policies. Duties, taxes, and fees (if any) are assessed by local authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient. We cannot influence customs decisions or timelines. We recommend checking your country’s import rules before ordering.

Lost in Transit & Delivery Issues

  • Lost in transit: If tracking shows no delivery within 45 business days after dispatch (excluding force majeure), contact us for support (replacement, reshipment, or refund options per our policies).
  • Damaged or incorrect items: See Return & Refund Policy for our Replacements & Reshipments terms.
  • Missed deliveries/failed attempts: Please follow the carrier’s notice to reschedule or pick up from a local facility.

Force Majeure

Weather events, strikes, wars, pandemics, and other unforeseen circumstances may impact transit times. We will do our best to keep you informed and to ensure you receive your items as soon as possible.
